These Billing Terms & Conditions outline how payments, charges, invoicing, and related financial processes work when you shop on GoGorras.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Payment Methods Accepted
We support secure and trusted payment options through Shopify’s payment gateway. Customers can purchase using:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Cash App Pay (subject to availability)
- Store Gift Cards
All payments are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout system.
2. Order Authorization & Verification
When you place an order:
- Your card or payment method may be pre-authorized to verify funds.
- The final charge is applied once the order is confirmed and processed.
- Shopify may require additional verification to prevent fraud (such as address or identity confirmation).
- If any information is incomplete or flagged by the system, your order may be temporarily placed on hold until verified.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails fraud checks or payment authorization.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Fees
All product prices listed on GoGorras.com are displayed in USD.
- Applicable state taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are added before order completion.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Promotional pricing or discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added.
We do not charge any hidden fees.
4. Billing Information Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing details.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in:
- Order delays
- Failed payments
- Cancellation of the order
If billing information needs to be updated, customers must contact us immediately before the order is processed.
5. Currency
All charges are processed in USD.
If your bank account or card uses another currency:
- Your bank may convert the payment amount.
- Exchange rates and additional conversion fees are determined by your bank, not GoGorras.com.
We are not responsible for currency conversion differences or bank-imposed charges.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If a transaction fails:
- You will be prompted to use another payment method.
- Orders are only processed after successful payment.
- Failed payments do not reserve inventory.
Repeated failed transactions may trigger automatic security flags in Shopify’s system.
7. Refunds & Reversals
Refunds approved under our Return & Refund Policy will be:
- Issued to the original payment method, or
- Converted to store credit, depending on the customer’s choice.
Refund timelines:
- Processing refund: 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item
- Bank or provider posting time: varies (some may take additional days)
Shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for detailed conditions.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
If a chargeback is filed:
- The order will be paused or canceled during the investigation.
- We will provide proof of delivery and transaction records to the payment provider.
- Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
9. Subscriptions or Recurring Billing
At this time, GoGorras.com does not offer subscription-based products or recurring billing plans.
10. Invoicing & Order Confirmation
After payment:
- You will receive an order confirmation email automatically through Shopify.
- Your digital invoice includes product summary, pricing, shipping charges, taxes, and payment confirmation.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us.
11. Fraud Prevention
Shopify’s fraud analysis tools may flag high-risk orders. In such cases:
- Additional verification may be required.
- Orders may be canceled if the risk is deemed high.
GoGorras reserves the right to refuse service for suspected fraudulent transactions.
12. Changes to Billing Terms
We may update these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page.
