We want you to feel confident when you shop at GoGorras.com. If your cap isn’t the right fit or something feels off, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and transparent.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

The 30-day period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all tags, stickers, and packaging
  • Not be worn, washed, stained, or damaged
  • Be returned in the original cap box or polybag

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or missing packaging may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Customized or personalized caps
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to improper use
  • Products missing original tags or packaging

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy:

  1. Visit our Returns Center or email support@gogorras.com 
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Drop it off at the shipping carrier listed on your label

We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return is completed. After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If a return shipping label is provided, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated in your return approval email.

If the item was damaged upon arrival or there was an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchange Process:

  • Submit an exchange request through our Returns Center or email
  • We will approve the request and provide return instructions
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, your replacement will be shipped

Please note: We do not offer door pickup for exchanges at this time.

Refund Options

Once your returned item passes inspection, you will receive a refund to your original payment method

Exceptions:

  • Final sale items are not refundable
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Returns showing excessive wear or damage will be denied

Refund Processing Time

Once your item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days after arrival at our facility), we will issue your refund.

  • Refunds to original payment methods typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Store credit is typically issued within 1–2 business days after approval.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Restocking Fee

Restocking Fee: $0.00

We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging

We will:

  • Review your claim
  • Provide a prepaid return label
  • Offer a replacement or full refund once verified

Product Warranty

Most caps include a 30-day quality guarantee covering manufacturing defects such as stitching issues or damaged components upon arrival.

Not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or improper care
  • Changes caused by weather, water, storage, or daily use

Your warranty period begins on the delivery date.

Address Changes After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change or update the delivery address. If rerouting is needed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
