Do you offer free samples or a free trial?
No, we don’t offer free samples or free trials at the moment.
How do I choose the right size?
Most of our caps are designed to fit a wide range of head sizes, due to adjustable closures like:
- Snapback straps
- Velcro straps
- Fitted elastic bands
Every product page includes sizing details. If you still feel unsure, reach out; our support team can recommend the right fit.
What materials are used in your caps?
Materials vary by collection, but the most common options include:
- Cotton
- Polyester
- Mesh (for trucker styles)
- Wool blends (premium caps)
- Leather patches (select design
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Our caps are cruelty-free; no animal testing is involved in their production.
How do I care for my cap?
To keep your cap looking fresh, follow these care tips:
General Care:
- Spot clean with mild soap and water
- Avoid machine washing
- Air dry only
- Keep away from direct heat
Cotton / Polyester Caps:
- Hand wash gently
- Use a mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Air dry, dryers can distort the shape
Wool Blend Caps:
- Dry clean recommended
- Keep away from moisture
- Store in a cool, dry place
Leather Patch Caps:
- Wipe with a slightly damp cloth
- Do not soak
- Avoid harsh chemicals
How do I know if a product is back in stock?
On any sold-out product page, you’ll find a “Back in Stock” notification option.
Enter your email or phone number, and you’ll get an instant alert when the item returns.
We may also share restock news through:
- Email newsletters
- SMS alerts (if subscribed)
- Social media updates
How do I use my gift card, store credit, or coupon code?
At checkout, you can:
- Enter coupon codes in the “Discount Code” field
- Apply gift cards or store credits using the code emailed to you
Your discount will appear before you finalize payment.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across all 50 U.S. states. International shipping isn’t available yet.
How long does processing take?
Orders take 1–2 business days to process before shipping.
What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer Standard Shipping only.
- Delivery time: 3–6 business days
- Flat rate: $5.99
Free U.S. shipping applies to orders $75+.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it anytime to follow your package’s journey.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
Carriers may:
- Attempt delivery again
- Hold your package for pickup
- Leave a delivery notice
Be sure your shipping address is accurate to avoid issues.
What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but missing?
If lost in transit: We contact the carrier, open an investigation, and once confirmed, issue a replacement or refund.
If marked delivered but not received, please check:
- Around your home
- With neighbors
- With the building staff
- With the carrier directly
We aren’t responsible for stolen packages, but we’ll help you file a claim whenever possible.
Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Just follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns Center or email support@gogorras.com
- Share your order number and reason
- Receive your return label and instructions
- Pack your items securely
- Drop it at the designated carrier
- Once inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed
Keep your tracking number until everything is complete.
What condition must items be in?
Items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include tags, stickers, and original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, stains, washing, or damage
Returns that don’t meet these standards may be declined.
Which items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on:
- Clearance/final sale items
- Customized or personalized caps
- Gift cards
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse
- Products missing original tags or packaging
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. You can exchange items via shipping.
How it works:
- Request an exchange
- We approve and send your return label
- Once we receive your item, we ship the replacement
Note: We do not offer door pickup at this time.
Do you offer refunds? How do they work?
Yes. Refunds are available once your returned item passes inspection.
You can choose:
- Store credit (issued quickly), or
- Refund to your original payment method
Refund timeline: Refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Exceptions:
- Shipping fees aren’t refundable
- Final sale items can’t be refunded
- Used or damaged returns will be rejected
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
We will:
- Review the issue
- Provide a prepaid return label
- Issue a replacement or full refund
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most caps include a 30-day quality guarantee, covering:
- Stitching defects
- Damaged components
- Manufacturing flaws
Not covered:
- Wear and tear
- Misuse
- Lack of proper care
Your warranty starts on the delivery date listed in your tracking confirmation.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we can’t update the address. Please contact the carrier directly for rerouting options.
