Shipping Policy
We want your experience at Gogorras to feel easy from start to finish. Below is a clear breakdown of our shipping timelines, costs, carriers, and delivery policies.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on business days are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
3. Handling Time (Order Processing)
Handling Time: 1–2 business days
After your order is placed, we:
- Pick and verify your items
- Perform quality checks
- Securely package your order
Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.
4. Transit Time
Transit Time: 3-6 business days after processing
Total Delivery Time: 4-8 business days
Delivery time begins once your order has shipped and tracking is issued.
Please note that transit times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier operations.
5. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using major U.S. carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, package size, and availability.
Free Shipping
- Orders $75 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping
- Free shipping applies to standard delivery only
- For orders below $75, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- All shipping costs are shown before you complete your payment.
Sales Tax Information
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax regulations.
Prices displayed on product pages do not include sales tax unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You may use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.
When a Delivery Attempt Is Unsuccessful
If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, they may try to deliver it again, hold it at a nearby facility for pickup, or leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your order. To help avoid delays, please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
What to Do If Your Package Is Lost or Missing
If Your Package Is Lost During Shipping
If your package appears to be lost while in transit, we will contact the shipping carrier and open an investigation. Once the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If Tracking Shows Delivered, but You Haven’t Received Your Package
If your tracking information says your order was delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Check with neighbors, your building staff, or anyone else who may have accepted the package.
- Look around your porch, mailbox, garage, or other possible delivery locations.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for more details.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.
