GoGorras.com is operated by Ak'kin Sports, Inc. — the same team behind Akkinfootwear.com. GoGorras was launched in December 2025 by Angel Toledo Martinez as a dedicated platform for premium caps, built to bring customers the styles they want and the designs they can't easily find in local stores. We are an authorized reseller with a small, hands-on team managing sourcing, operations, logistics, and customer care.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly through GoGorras.com.

What's Covered

We stand behind every cap we sell. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect — meaning a flaw in materials or workmanship — we'll make it right. Our warranty coverage period is 30 days from the date of delivery.

Manufacturing defects include things like stitching failures, broken hardware, or structural issues that were present at the time of purchase.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care
  • Accidental damage, drops, or exposure to elements
  • Alterations or unauthorized modifications
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers

This warranty is available to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, here's what to do:

  1. Email us at support@gogorras.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue
  2. Attach 2–3 clear photos showing the defect
  3. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, we'll send you instructions to return the item (at no cost to you)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a replacement or store credit within 5–7 business days

If your item was defective on arrival, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Remedy Options

Depending on the nature of the defect and product availability, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same or equivalent item
  • Store credit for the full value of the defective product

We do not offer cash refunds through the warranty process. For general returns, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoGorras.com's liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
